In an attempt to convince the Berkeley City Council to vote to stop the lawsuit at its September 11th meeting, listed below are ways that you can make a difference. Take action NOW!
EVERYONE is encouraged to:
- VOTE!
- Sign the Online Petition and show your support for the Student Athlete High Performance Center
- WRITE!
- Letters to Editors of local newspapers (click on links to submit letters online)
- Berkeley City City Government - submit mail electronically to the City Council or Mayor Bates.

- Order a LAWN SIGN by emailing B4Cal@yahoo.com. OR, download your own HERE.
- Talk to your neighbors, meet with your councilperson. Educate your neighbors about the lawsuit and its potential $250,000 price tag and encourage them to join our ranks.
- Attend citizen meetings in your neighborhood with student athletes and Sandy Barbour, the Cal Athletic Director. If would like to find a meeting, or are interested in hosting one in your home, send an email to B4Cal@yahoo.com.
